Welcome to Vivre Massage Therapy

Vivre means “to live” in French. That’s what this space is all about—supporting you to live well, stay active, achieve your fitness goals, and feel good in your body every day.
Meet Jennifer
Hi, I’m Jennifer Kelly. I’m a massage therapist, and also a runner, swimmer, and cyclist. Most mornings, you’ll find me in the ocean or out running around Manly.
Because I train regularly, I understand what it’s like when your body doesn’t keep up with your plans. I’ve felt the frustration of disrupted routines through injury, fatigue and missed goals. Massage helped me get back to doing what I love—and I became a therapist to offer the same support to others.
My approach is always evolving. I’m constantly learning and adding new techniques to my practice so that each treatment is effective and right for where you’re at.
Community is important to me too. I volunteer with Bear Cottage, a local children’s hospice in Manly. In 2024, I ran 1,000 km in 58 days to raise money for Bear Cottage, in honour of my brother, Tim who passed away at the age of 58.​ Read the story here

I specialise in working with women who want to stay strong, pain-free, and active - at any stage of life. You might be training for something big like a marathon, or preparing to hike the Camino de Santiago, swimming with the Bold and Beautiful, playing regular golf, or juggling a busy week. Whatever your lifestyle, I’ll work with you to keep your body feeling its best so you can continue to do what you love.
Multi-session packages and tailored treatment plans are available if you are looking for consistent support over time.
The Vivre Experience
The Vivre studio in Manly is a calm, welcoming space. It’s designed to help you slow down and reset. Each session is personalised to what your body needs that day – whether it’s recover, tension relief, or just some time to reconnect with yourself.
